At Fahifa, we take great care in preparing our sweets with the highest quality and freshness. Since our products are perishable, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept product returns.

  • Please check your order upon delivery to ensure everything is correct and in good condition.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

    • The product delivered is damaged or spoiled.

    • The wrong product was delivered.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting proof (photos/videos).

  • Once verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after placing an order.

  • Providing incorrect delivery details.

  • Delays caused by courier/shipping providers.
